The submersible wastewater pump is a pump product designed to operate submerged in liquid. It can convey clean water or sewage containing solid particles, fibers, and other impurities. Material: Pump body and impeller are made of high-quality cast iron.
Squirrel Cage Motor, Water-Cooled: The motor uses a high-performance squirrel cage induction motor, water-cooled (self-cooled by the medium), specifically designed and manufactured for submersible sewage pumps. Good motor heat dissipation, stable start-up, high operational efficiency.
Compact Structure, Low Noise: Uses an integrated motor-pump design; pump and motor are directly coupled on the same shaft. The submersible sewage pump WQ unit structure is compact with short shaft extension, reducing vibration and noise. Strict dynamic and static balance testing minimizes vibration. Sealing & Protection: Uses double oil-immersed silicon carbide mechanical seals, ensuring reliable pump operation under heavy-duty conditions.
